Eligibility for Return

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Used or damaged items will not be eligible for return, and Ecolore reserves the right to reject such requests.
Return Process

Pickup or Self-Ship:

We’ll arrange a reverse pickup in most locations.

In areas where pickup is not available, customers are requested to self-ship and share tracking details.

Once we receive the product and complete a quality inspection, we will proceed with your request.
Refund or Store Credit

A store credit valid for 6 months on future purchases.

Exchanges
